What do I do?
I tell stories. I tell stories with pictures, words, squiggles and shades ... and anything else i can find on imagination's roadside.
In plain speak; I am a comic book artist. I am a writer. I am a photographer. I am a fine art gallery artist. I am a multimedia artist. I am a painter. I am a penciler. I am an inker. I am an abstract artist. I am a surrealist. I am a portrait artist. I am a butcher, a baker, a candlestick maker. I am a google hit.
I am a storyteller.
I was grown from the earth of the Canadian Shield and have tasted the tides on both sides, Atlantic and Pacific, only to return to my hometown of Thunder Bay, Ontario, on the shores of Superior, to run in the thunderstorms and tell my tales. I have a love of all stories great and small, mythic or real, silly or grave. I want to drink it all in. We're a strange lot, us humans. And our tales can be equally strange. Every image has a story behind it. Every little nuance and raise of the eyebrow hints at something more.
Comics are my chosen voice but by no means my only voice. I have way too much to say...
